Shipping & Returns

Please note:

Due to the current COVID19 situation and resulting restrictions in the postal system we currently can't ship goods to the US, New Zealand and Australia.

Even within Europe, there can still be delays in the delivery of your order, due to delays in the postal system both internationally and locally in your country.

If you want to be sure, where your parcel is and when it will arrive, please choose Tracked Shipping (but please note that this will NOT speed up the delivery and delays can still occur). 

Alternatively, you can purchase any of our books as a digital version that is available for your to download immediately after purchase.

We ship items within 3 business days of receiving the order.

We ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany with Deutsche Post/DHL. Shipping times depend on your location. 


  • For shipments within Germany, we use Büchersendung / Warensendung (without tracking).
  • Shipping cost is calculated during based on the weight of the order
  • Büchersendung / Warensendung within Germany usually take 2-6 business days


  • For shipments to countries within Europe, we use standard shipping without tracking.
  • Shipping cost is calculated during based on the weight of the order
  • Shipments within Europe usually take 5-10 business days

    Rest of the world 

    • For shipments under 500g to countries outside of Europe, we use standard shipping without tracking.
    • For shipments over 500g to countries outside of Europe, we use tracked shipping.
    • Shipments outside of Europe usually take 8-10 business days, but may take up to 15-20 business days for some regions.
    • For shipments to countries outside the EU customs/duties and import sales tax costs may be incurred.

    If something goes wrong

    Should your items get lost in the post or should they arrive damaged, we are happy to re-send the item or refund your order.

    For lost items, we offer to refund your order if it hasn't arrived within 30 calendar days after sending the package.

    We will cover the cost of re-sending your order:

    • If your order arrived damaged.
    • If an item was received in error.
    • If your package was lost in the mail.

    We ask you to cover the cost of re-sending your order:

    • If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
    • If you missed the shipment and you didn't pick it up from the post office in time
    If your item has not arrived within the stated shipping times or if your items have been damaged in the post, please send us an email to with the date of your order and the email-address you used for ordering.
    If your items have arrived damaged, please also take a photo of the damaged items and packaging and attach it to your email.

    If you don't like the item

    It's important to us that you are happy with your order. If you don't like an item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Digital downloads and items bought at a reduced price are exempt from being returned.

    If you want to return an item please send us an email to to let us know that you are returning the item.

    Then return the item by mailing it to: Eva-Lotta Lamm, Emser Straße 69, 12051 Berlin, Germany.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    The item you return must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition for us to accept the return and give a refund.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We only refund the value of the item(s) in the order, but not the initial shipping cost.
